Song #2 - Jimmy - Music and Lyrics by Drew Sorrells

She was born into this world

feeling not quite right.

Her life was dressed in masquerade,

but behind closed doors she cold shine.

The family photo proved God wrong

Jimmy, oh Jimmy you'll get along.

She met a woman, an angel

who gently took her hand.

Said hush hush little girl, you don't have to cry

for God has a different plan.

She fell to the floor and cried and cried,

she's so sensitive...for a guy.

Wouldn't you know it's true,

She'd find her way in this world.

The day she took her liberty

to be a woman free and strong.

She looked at her kids and nervously

said I'm finally man enough to be your mom.

Then fell to the floor and cried and cried,

She's so sensitive...for a guy.

She fell to the floor and cried and cried,

Jimmy oh Jimmy you're gonna fly

Jimmy oh Jimmy...you're gonna fly-y-y
